Aligned Connection: Building Radiant Communities

The Power of Women Supporting Women: Building Radiant Communities Through Connection

There's something magical that happens when women come together with genuine intention to lift each other up.

For the last few years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being a member of the Radiant Women in EdTech Community - powered by ecosystem enablers, global law firm Cooley and education consultancy firm EDT Partners.

They’ve hosted intimate dinner gatherings that spotlight women who authentically and consistently engage in forming generative partnerships that transcend traditional professional relationships.

These aren't superficial connections built on talking at each other —they're authentic bonds forged through shared challenges, vulnerable conversations and the recognition that our individual success is amplified when we create space for others.

When women support women, we create ripple effects that extend far beyond our immediate circles, building ecosystems where collaboration replaces competition and collective wisdom becomes our greatest strength.

The most powerful support mechanisms emerge organically from these authentic connections, where knowledge flows freely and purposeful partnerships take root.

At every Radiant Women EdTech Community event that I’ve attended - the hand-picked fellow female attendees collectively explored the potential of new and existing collaborations becoming catalysts for extraordinary growth.

We are indeed stronger together—not just as a catchphrase, but as a lived reality where radiant women recognise that building each other up creates a foundation for everyone to rise. In a world that often pits us against one another, choosing to invest in genuine community becomes both an act of rebellion and a blueprint for lasting change.
